Symptoms
When users try to access any AR form, the following error occurs:
FROM-40735: PRE-FORM trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04063
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Trying to open any AR form

AR_INVOICE_UTILS
AR_REVENUE_MANAGEMENT_PVT
AR_TRX_BULK_PROCESS_HEADER
AR_TRX_BULK_PROCESS_LINES
