Steps to Reproduce

• Responsibility: Oracle Territory Management
• Navigation: Territory Administration > Territories
• Select operating unit > usage
• Click GO
• Open a Territory
• Receive error

Changes

Could not create Territories via the API JTF_TERRITORY_PUB and applied the following patches to resolve that issue:

• patch:18497539. File  jtfvterb.pls version 120.3.12000000.8.
• patch:10331722.  File jtfpterb.pls version 120.0.12010000.5.
