Per the Project Management User's Guide, if generating forecasts based on task, the options for ETC sources should be:

Workplan Resources, Financial Plan, Average of Actual Transactions, Work Quantity or none.

The only available option is Financial Plan. How can the Workplan Resources option be activated?
