Symptoms

 
When using an Automation Agent to create a Shipment on Event "Order Release Insert", The Order Release transaction is failing.  Release xml fails with error:

 



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Using an Agent to create Shipment on Order Release Insert Event:

  1. Import Order Release XML.
  2. Observe that Order Release transaction is failing.


or:

  1. Manually create Order Release.
  2. Attempt to Plan Order Release to a shipment.
  3. Observe that plan fails.
