Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
POREQCHA - Rejected change requests are not updating in the Oracle workflow.

The parent workflow activity is Active on the notification Block activity, while the Child workflows have all completed. This is only affecting rejected change
requests, as approved changes are completing in the workflow.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Rejected Change Request to be completed
