Symptoms
In the "Ask Oracle" Container Optimization Inquiry screen, the small "V" used to view objects is broken, and browser displays error: "You must enter a value to display" even when a value is specified in the field.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Ask Oracle "Container Optimization"
2. For any field that has the "V" option, select a value from the drop down and click "V"
3. Notice that browser window is opened but displays, "You must enter a value to display" rather than displaying the details of the object.
