Symptoms
When using the rate basis "Stop Distance to the Previous Stop (if any)" for an accessorial cost, the cost is not applied to the shipment.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Select the order and bulk plan it
2.When reviewing the cost of the shipment, the accessorial is not applied.
