Symptoms

User is using MOAC for the instance and assigned it to the Projects Implementation Superuser responsibility.

However, when the MO: Default Operating Unit profile option is null for the Projects Implementation Superuser responsibility, this error occurs on the Provider/Receiver Controls (PAXCCPRC)

APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option
FND_DEVELOPER_MODE in routine &ROUTINE

ORA-00936: missing expression
