Symptoms

Claim write off program does not pick up value from system parameters.

Scenario

Updated the write off reason code in the system parameters from 'MISC Write Off' to "Cash Discount" but the claim write off program is still picking the MISC write off.

 

Changes

Updated write off reason code in system parameters.
