Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Support Codes

RMA Receipt (CSIRMARC) transactions fail in Install Base with following error:

You have encountered an unexpected error in sync_txn_dtls_and_mtl_txn, with error ORA-01403: no data found. The parameter value (Lot / Serial) for the parameter (Item attributes) is ignored. The transaction details entered do not match the inventory material transaction for one or more of the attributes. Pl. correct it and reprocess the error.
