'Select All' Option In IB Mass Update Doesn't Select All Records in the Results (Doc ID 2021752.1)

Goal

In the Mass Update instance search results in MUInstanceSearchPG, customer has thousands of results. When "Select All" is checked, only the results visible in the current page (10 results) are selected. This means the user must go to each page and click on Select All.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
Customer is expecting to 'Select All', and the entire list of 1,000+ results are checked as selected.


Test Case 12.2.4
Create new Transfer Owner batch. Account number 1143
Add > Go > Select All
'Select All' checks all 10 instances on that page. When go to Next 10> the rows are not checked.
Clicked on next 10> for 3rd page of instances > On 3rd page-clicked 'Select All' , then 3rd page of 10 have all 10 rows checked.
3rd page - All 10 checked Go back to 2nd page> None checked > Go back to 1st page> All 10 checked.

Click Apply > the results are only the 20 instances in page 1 and 3.
