When Running the Action "Adjust Shipment Cost" the Remarks Section Is Not Visible in Mozilla Firefox

Symptoms
The Adjust Shipment Costs screen has a Remarks section when viewed in Internet Explorer, which is absent when viewing it in Mozilla Firefox.
On a Shipment, launch the Action "Change Shipment Cost", select "Adjust Shipment Cost" and click on the "New Shipment Cost" button.
A new window openes to enter the shipment cost. This window contains a remarks section, which is visible in Internet Explorer.
In Mozilla Firefox this remarks section is not displayed.
