Pickup and Dropoff Stop Number Details Missing in Shipment SEquipment Tab (Doc ID 2022104.1)

Symptoms

When one creates a Shipment using Integration and one expects the following StopNums to get populated.

After the Shipment is created, under the Equipment tab, one does not see the PickUp and DropOff stop Numbers as shown.
However when the same XML is run one more time, the above gets populated.

After the Shipment is created, under the Equipment tab, one expects to see the PickUp and DropOff stop Numbers as shown, right after the first run of the XML file.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Create a simple Order Release using a simple TEST_order.xml file.
Then Create a Shipment using a simple TEST_Shipment.xml file.

Under the Equipment tab in the UI, notice that the Pickup Stop Number and and Drop Off Stop Number are both empty.
Run the TEST_Shipment.xml again, and check the Shipment under the Equipment tab in the UI, notice that the Pickup Stop Number and and Drop Off Stop Number are both populated now.
