When using Trade Management - Claims with Endeca, have accumulated over 1500 SYSADMIN notifications for FLEX-ENDECA NOT REGISTERED.

Once EBS Applications in Endeca is enabled, install a Business Event to fire whenever a descriptive flexfield is compiled. If the descriptive flexfield is registered for Endeca, the Business Event will kick off the Endeca metadata generation for that particular descriptive flexfield. The code also traps the situation when the compiled descriptive flexfield is not registered with Endeca, and logs this warning.
