RIQ (Rate Inquiry) Query Between Two Locations Is Going Into Error (Doc ID 2022256.1)

Symptoms

When trying to access the rates between two locations through Transmission/RemoteQuery/RIQQuery XML through Integration Manager, the below Error is seen in log
