Save Button Permits Duplicate Entry of Multiple Order Release Events

Symptoms
When a user adds an Order Release event, and double clicks the save button, instead of click just once, this causes the same event to be recorded twice.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that clicking save button will immediately disable or grey out button and prevent adding multiple events.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add order release event to release
2. Fill the necessary fields and click the save button multiple times in quick succession.
