WIP Completion Transaction Stuck In MMTT (Doc ID 2026016.1)

Symptoms

On WIP 11.5.10.2 version, Inventory Transactions

Find there is one WIP Assy Completion transactions for an Item stuck in the Pending Transactions form (mtl_material_transactions_temp table), with the following error:

Ex.. in WIP call back to WIPoracle.jdbc.driver.OracleSQLException: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small ORA-06




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Transactions>Pending Transactions
2. Query for transactions in error.
