Symptoms
When entering an authorized currency value on GTM License line,Transaction Line, Shipment Line, It converts the entered value into USD
Replication Steps Example:
1. Navigate Trade Compliance Management -> License Management -> License Manager
2. Query for license ID of interest and edit record
3. Go to the license lines tab and click on "New License Line"
4. Enter an authorized value for example in EUR, save and check it back, it is displayed in USD instead
