Cost Relieved is on the WIP job not correct -WIP Scrap

Standard WIP job created . Job = 15-115716

One push Component issued to the the Job
Job moved from Op 5 Queue step to Op 5 Scrap steps

Now when "WIP value Summary" see the difference .
There should have been no Net Activity remaining on the Job.
