Search Using Finder Set "SHIPMENT_COST" Does Not Show Any Value

Symptoms
When doing a search using the Finder Set SHIPMENT_COST the results does not show any value.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom screen set called Shipment_Cost
2. In its Finder screen, search for data with Exchange_Rate_date
3. It does not return data even though there are records in the Shipment_Cost table.
