Supplier Site Not Created Automatically For Registering Operating Unit When AME Is Enabled (Doc ID 2028630.1)

Qn1:In Supplier Lifecycle Management

1- Supplier opens prospective supplier registration and submits a request for operating unit X
2- First AME approver approves, 2nd approver will approves, etc..
3- As Final AME approver, approve the registration request.
4- As Supplier, receive notification of approval with user name and password
5- As Buyer, open supplier profile > check address book details.  The address is there but there is no Site created for the operating unit for which the registration request was initated.

The same process is working and site is being created IF AME IS DISABLED and buyer approves from prospective supplier registrations in the to do list.

How to resolve this ?
