Symptoms

Problem Statement:

FYI Notification not showing the details when deleting the phone number.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with Employee Self-Service responsibility and go to Personal Information.
  2.  Delete the phone number and submit for approval.
  3.  Login with FYI notification recipient.
  4.  No detail information printed.
