Symptoms
On 12.2.3: Change Orders View Not Filtering Correct Views. This issue doesn't occur on R12.1.3.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================
1. Query an existing project.
2. Go to Control TAB >> Change Orders SUBTAB:
No matter which view is selected, all existing change orders are shown.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
R12.2.3 should show the same view as in R12.1.3 (Only 'Draft' and 'Open' Change Orders are shown).
