Split Order Release Action does not Copy Ship Unit RefNums and Ship Unit Line RefNums (Doc ID 2030102.1)

Symptoms

When split order release action is used, new order release is created. But the refnums/remarks qualifiers on the ship unit and ship unit line does not copy over to new order release. Refnums on the order release tab are copied, however.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create a order release with more than 1 ship unit and ensure that refnum/remarks are entered in ship unit and ship unit line.
2) Split the order using actions>>order management>>change order>> split order release
3) New order release is created
4) Check if the refnum/remark qualifiers are copied on the new order release in ship unit & ship unit line. It is found that they are not copied over.
