Seeded Form Crashes When Trying To Open From FORM 10g (Doc ID 2030626.1)

Symptoms

Trying to open some large seeded forms (CSCCCCRC.fmb, CSXSRISR.fmb - 14+ Mb) in10g Forms Builder, the builder is closing without any error messages.

Desktop is 32-bit Windows 7

Tried to open some of the HR forms with huge size ...the form builder is crashing for them as well

We were able to open 12.0.6 version of the same form with out any issue.

These seeded forms compile ok using adadmin.

Changes

 Upgrade to R12.2
