Interface Trip Stop (ITS) Completes with Error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity Instance SHIP_LINE is not a Notified Activity (Doc ID 2030732.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  

When attempting to interface a delivery to Order Management,  the following error results:

ERROR
SQL ERROR MESSAGE FOR WHEN OTHRES:ORA-20002:  3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxxx. XXXXXX denotes the Line_id having the issue.

On reviewing Sales Order Analyzer (<Document:2038363.1>)  see that there are two delivery details for the problematic order line (line_id is referenced in the error message above), 
and that the full ordered quantity is shipped on the delivery detail that is fully interfaced.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Shipping > Interfaces- > Run
3. Run the Interface Trip Stop for Delivery nnnn154
4. Observe: ITS completes with error
5. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
