Interface Trip Stop Completes with Error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity Instance SHIP_LINE is not a Notified Activity Due To Duplicate Delivery Details For Single Order Line (Doc ID 2030732.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Interface  Trip Stop,  the following error occurs:

Interface Trip Stop Log file shows:

SQL ERROR MESSAGE FOR WHEN OTHRES:ORA-20002:  3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxxx. XXXXXX

Note :XXXXXX denotes the Line_id shown in error ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/xxxxxxx.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Shipping > Interfaces- > Run
3. Run the Interface Trip Stop for Delivery nnnn154
4. Observe: ITS completes with error
5. Review ITS debug log file, see above error.
