Create Accounting Failing with Directory &FILE_DIR is Invalid (Doc ID 2031191.1)

Symptoms

When Running Create Accounting the report Log file showing the following error.

  

XLA-95103 An internal error occured.
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_create_acct_rpt_pvt.BeforeReport: ORA-20001
Directory &FILE_DIR is invalid

  

From the Log file:

[070915_111221045][][EXCEPTION] SQLException encounter while executing data trigger....
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_create_acct_rpt_pvt.BeforeReport . ORA-20001: -: XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program XLA_CREATE_ACCT_RPT_PVT.print_logfile. ORA-20100: ORA-20100: Temporary file creation for FND_FILE failed.

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Control>Request>Run
                  LOV: Create Accounting
