Attempting To View The Stock Locator LOV Using "%" In The Stock Locators Form Results In The Error: Value &VALUE for the flexfield segment &SEGMENT does not exist in the value set &VALUESET (Doc ID 2031962.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view the default locators in the Lot Serial form by entering ‘%’ in the locator field, the following error is displayed instead of the list of locators.

Due to this issue, users are unable to view locators in the LOV.

Steps:

  1. Navigate: Inventory > Setup > Organizations > Stock Locators (or any form where you enter stock locators).
  2. Enter '%' in the Locator field

Changes

This began to occur after applying Patch 20203366 -  Recommended Patch Collection 3 [RPC3].
Note that this patch has been obsoleted for some releases.
