Ex-Employee Registration Fail - You are not an iRecruitment Registered User

On : 12.1.3 version, Candidate Self Service
When attempting to register as an ex-employee and after entering newly generated password,
the following error occurs.
Error: You are not an iRecruitment Registered User
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Ex-Employee link: "If you have previously worked....click here"
2. Enter all details into the Ex- Employee Registration Form
3. Get confirmation message: Thank you for registering . You will receive an email shortly which contains your new password
4. Enter Email and new Password
Error. You are not an iRecruitment Registered User
