Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.1.3,
when attempting to run requests,
the following error occurs:
ORA-01403 - No Data Found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit any Request using Request Submission Screen (FNDRSRUN)
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run requests.
