Symptoms

When attempting to copy competencies for Contingent Workers, the following error is received:

The Contingent Worker DOES have an Active Contingent Assignment
 

APP-PER-52595: No primary assignment exists for this person


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. CA HRMS Manager > Enter and Maintain
2. Find a contingent worker
3. Others > Competence Profile > Copy Competencies
4. 'Check' Primary Assignment Competencies
5. Click Copy
6. Receive the error
