ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Invoice Validation for Invoice Matched to upgraded PO fails with"Recovery rate ID of tax distribution is required" when Use LE Subscription is enabled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------

Invoice Validation should be successful when Use LE Subscription is enabled.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

--------------------------------

1.Create an Invoice matched to PO

2.Enable Use LE Subscription

3.Validate Invoice,following error occurs:

   Recovery rate ID of tax distribution is required
