Symptoms

Material delivered against PO receipt but stock not updated, transaction found stuck in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS_TEMP table but the txn is errored in RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE with the following error:

MACD call Exceptionoracle.apps.inv.transaction.utilities.InvTrxException

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inventory responsibility>Transactions>Pending transactions
