How to Recover Bank Statement Purged from Cash Management (Doc ID 2036677.1)

Goal

The bank statement that includes the payments got deleted through 'Archive /Purge Bank Statements'. The book transaction is in 'Reconciled' and can not be changed bank to 'Un-reconciled' . Is there any way to recover/restore lost statement lines ?
