Symptoms
When trying to enter a note in Advanced Collections, the following errors occur, even though the user is not trying to change either field
APP-IEX-240854: You are not authorized to change Profile Class
APP-IEX-240851 You are not authorized to change the collector
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation: Collections
- Enter a note in the Notes tab.
