Synchronize WF LOCAL Tables Fails With ORA-1452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX (Doc ID 2037446.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

"Synchronize WF LOCAL tables(FNDWFLSC)" for PQH_ROLE fails with the following error.

FNDWFLSC module: Synchronize WF LOCAL tables for PQH_ROLE gives errors:
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Assign role to the person in "Maintain Roles" form or using API(hr_person_extra_info_api.create_person_extra_info).
    (N) Transaction Maintenance > Roles
  2. Run the concurrent program "Synchronize WF LOCAL tables" for PQH_ROLE with System Administrator responsibility.
  3. Request fails with the error.
