On : 12.1.x and 12.2.x  version

When external users attempting to create printable view the following error occurs.


There has been an error while processing the PDF generation. Please contact your system administrator for more detail.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in and access Sourcing
2. Navigate: Negotiations > RFQ
3. Choose action: Printable View
