Schedule Appointment not Honoring Equipment Group Profile Constraint On "DOCK DOOR" For Manual Appointment Shipments (Doc ID 2039017.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to schedule appointment for a shipment of type "Appointment" which has an equipment group which is not compatible with the resource location, OTM is not marking the appointment as infeasible via Schedule Appointment - Show options.


It is expected to have the appointment marked as infeasible

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Operational Planning -> Appointment Management -> Dock and Yard Managers
2. Search for location and create manually an appointment
3. Once done perform Schedule Appointment - Show Options
4. Click on Find and notice that the resources are shown. It is expected, since the shipment was created with Equipment Group which is added to equipment group profile INCOMPATIBLE, and which is added to the location resource as incompatible, that OTM should not display the resources instead marking those as infeasible.
