Symptoms

Maps are not displaying when mapping shipments, or showing driving directions.


To reproduce, navigate to Shipment Mgr, select Shipment and run any of the Maps actions:


(1) Shipment Management > Maps > Map Shipments
(2) Shipment Management > Maps > Show Driving Directions
