This applies only if the payroll customers has a large number of employees processing in one Government Reporting Entity (GRE). Greater then 20,000 employees in one Government Reporting Entity (GRE)
Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using a US SUPER HRMS Manager responsibility, users are unable to create or view the output for the SPWL process. Files are 0 bytes for the .a01, .a02, .a03 and .mf file.
The XML file is created and viewable through the Oracle Application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Output should be created from the State Quarterly Periodic Wage Listing (SPWL) Concurrent Program
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US SUPER HRMS Manager
2. Submit the Single Request > The State Periodic Wage Listing
3. The process completes successfully without error.
4. From the view request or from View > Payroll Process Results > action type of magnetic report the output reports are 0 bytes
Changes
First time submitting the State Periodic Detail Report (SPWL) and customer has a large number of employees in the Government Reporting Entity (GRE)
