Incorrect DFF Details being Updated for All the Leases in the Batch (Doc ID 2039593.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3 while trying to Run PN Update Lease API

1)  For a batch of leases the  Lease DFF details of one lease are getting updated on the other.
2) The Lease Extension End Date is incorrectly getting updated with a value of '01-Jan-4712'
