Goal

Two Employees have the same supervisor in HR and assignment but with one of them the user cannot enter expense reports because the Line of Business (Cost Center) is not displayed on the General Information page.

When attempting to create the expense report with the field left as NULL the error is shown:

Why is this occurring for one employee?
