12.2 Concurrent Submit Request > Copy functionality related issues ; Does Not List Child Requests Failing With FRM-41072

Symptoms
In 12.2 when using "Copy" functionality, below issues can happen.
Navigation: Submit Request > Copy (button)
1. After upgrading from E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12.1.3 to EBS Release 12.2.4, when selecting Copy in the SRS window (FNDRSRUN), the new "Find Previous Requests" window is not listing any requests that have child requests. When click on the Copy button in "Submit Request" screen, and "Find Previous Requests" a window pops up. While doing a blind search, it does not list all the previously submitted concurrent requests.
2. When the "Copy" function is used, It does not inherit/copy the "Print the Output to" > "Style" which was used by same program that was submitted earlier. Instead it copies the "Print Output to" from the definition of the concurrent program ( SYSADMIN > Concurrent > Program > Define )
3. When re-submit the old report using Copy Button in SRS window. When the previous request is queried in Find Prior Requests form , While clicking the OK button following error is displayed:
