Duplicate Printer APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error - 1422 in SET_PRINT_OPTIONS (Doc ID 2040789.1)

Symptoms

 In Oracle Applications Release 11i, duplicate printer names can be created with mixed case lettering, such as "NoPrint" and the seeded "noprint". Both printer names work without error, however. When upgrading to E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12, selecting a duplicate printer name returns the following error message:

 
“APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error - 1422 in SET_PRINT_OPTIONS

Cause: SET_PRINT_OPTIONS failed due to ORA-01422: exact
fetch returns more than requested number of rows.”

Changes

 Upgrade from Release 11i to to Release 12
