Symptoms
BOL_DELTAIL_BOV REPORTOWNER VIEW Does not retrieve data for Shipment as work shipments
It is expected to have the BOL_DELTAIL_BOV REPORTOWNER VIEW retrieving data for Shipment as Work Shipments.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run query select text from all_views where view_name like '%BOL_DETAIL_BOV%'
