The customer is enabling OTM Scalability and would like to know if they can remove the records from APP_MACHINE that are created during installation. The records they would like to remove are:
APP_MACHINE_GID = DEFAULT, APP_MACHINE_XID = DEFAULT, MACHINE_URL = t3://localhost:7001
