Symptoms

Project related receipts are not interfacing to Projects from PO. The PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_ALL.ACCRUE_ON_RECEIPT_FLAG = Y but immediately upon receiving the item, the RCV_RECEIVING_SUB_LEDGER.PA_ADDITION_FLAG = Y.
