Symptoms
On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 using Oracle Alert:
some Event based Alerts Concurrent Requests not showing up in Alert->Request -> View,
but the alerts are sending out emails as expected and requests are completing normally.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query for Event Alert Request.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view Event Alert requests.
