On Oracle Applications 12.1.3, Concurrent Request Processing
When attempting to run the Program: Perform All Funds Capture Actions, the following error occurs:
Program name parameter is null. This is a mandatory parameter. Aborting program ..
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Payment > Funds.
2. Attempt to run program: Perform All Funds Capture Actions.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to submit the program.
