PAXINRVW, Billing Event Description Not Updated From Deliverable Action Details Description (Doc ID 2043846.1)

PAXINRVW/CrUpDeliverablePG, We have deliverable created with billing action having revenue and invoice amountsl The revenue is already recognized against these events but the invoice is not generated yet. We would like to update the deliverable action details description with the customer PO# but this updated description is not getting populated at the invoice level.
If we update the Invoice amount at the deliverable it's updating at the event level where as the description is not updating after either the revenue or invoice is processed?
Is it the intended functionality?
